When we first met Holly, we knew instantly that she was the perfect person to capture our wedding day. As we sat down to discuss the big day, Holly really wanted to get to know us as a couple. She wanted to see what was important to us, how we interacted with each other and a basic plan of how the day would unfold. She was just as excited about every little detail as we were. It felt like we were sitting down with a close friend! When the wedding day finally hit, Holly went straight to work - we didn't even have to think twice about anything. We were able to enjoy the day & trust that all our important moments were caught. On top of that - Holly made it a BLAST for us. We were jumping, posing and being silly while she got great shots for us! All of our bridal party had a blast with us and said that Holly was such a great person to work with. When we got our pictures back, we were amazed at the quality of work that Holly produced for us. She captured every single detail so we will never forget our special day. I can't get over how talented you are! You amaze me more and more with each post of photos, from Weddings to babies. You have such an incredible gift and I am so thankful I had you with us on our wedding day. You made us laugh and allowed us to be ourselves. You captured our personalities perfectly! Right down to my coffee addiction and Mike' mismatched socks! I still get compliments on my Engagement and Wedding photos and I recommend you to everyone I can! Looking back at our pictures I can hear your singing and giggles throughout the day and it brings me such joy. There is no one else I would have desired to take our pictures. You were perfect! The shoot was such a fun experience and we so appreciate how at-ease you made us feel. I am so grateful that Holly has been able to capture so many wonderful memories for our family. We had been one of those families that would go to the department store studio and only have the kids pictures taken once in a blue moon. (gasp!!) It was stressful and the pictures were always lacking personality and feeling. Enter Holly. We made the decision that as a whole family we would start documenting how everyone is changing from year to year. Even us as parents. We also wanted to capture the REAL us. Not some studio formulated pictures but the real, goofy, silly, happy, fun us AND in places that held meaning to us. Since then, Holly has captured both sides of our extended families and we cherish those pictures tremendously. Holly's pictures have documented a family reunion from all corners of the globe and a very special birthday. We look foward to our time with Holly from year to year and the story of our family that she's telling through her God-given talent. Thanks, Holly.
