happy birthday, robyn!

today, my daughter turns 10. the big 1-0. TWO digits. (how'd that happen?! seriously.  you were just two last week, weren't you...?) ;( time really needs to get a life. ;)





trying to come up with a list of things about you, robyn...

how you are kind. artistic. thoughtful. fierce. stubborn. ;) smart. and you handle having brothers like a boss. and you have the prettiest hazel eyes i ever did see. and you make me laugh. and your dad & i think your middle name is so completely fitting for you. JOY. robyn, you bring us so much joy. xo.

putting these pictures together, it wasn't too hard to notice that you love people. you really love them. you let family & friends take up room in your heart.

but what makes me the proudest is how much i know and see that you love Jesus.

keep on the journey, robyn. make your faith your own. ask lots of questions, don't be afraid of the storm and never forget that your Heavenly Father loves you more than any of us ever could.
